Huge CPU heatsinks roundup

Not only because I love to tweak and tune computers, by adding all these superb coolers, neons and transparent cases, but also becuase I made few experiments with this kind of hardware, I was more than happy to see a nice article comparing over 20 CPU heatsinks, which appeared at belgian website Madshrimps. There’s a wide choice of heatsinks including brands like Coolermaster, Thermalright, Spire, Asus, or Thermaltake and the results are very interesting: with same CPU and same CPU load, the temperature differs from 48 to 77 degrees. The divergence of 29°C is pretty huge, so you had better read some reviews before you buy cheap boxed cooler and than keep wondering “Why the hell is my computer still restarting and returning BSOD”. This article is a good starting point…
